Ordering Through ChefiChoice

When you place an order through a restaurant's ChefiChoice site, you are ordering directly from that restaurant. ChefiChoice provides the ordering technology only.

Your Order

  • Contract: Your order creates a contract between you and the restaurant
  • Prices: Set by the restaurant, include GST, shown before you pay
  • Payment: Processed securely via Stripe
  • Confirmation: You'll receive email confirmation with order details

Restaurant Responsibilities

The restaurant is responsible for:

  • Food preparation, quality, and safety
  • Order accuracy and timing
  • Delivery or pickup arrangements
  • Handling refunds, cancellations, or complaints

Refunds & Cancellations

Contact the restaurant directly for order issues, refunds, or cancellations. ChefiChoice cannot process refunds as we don't hold your payment.

Accuracy

Please ensure your order details, delivery address, and contact information are correct before submitting. You're responsible for accuracy of information provided.

Disputes

Any disputes about food quality, delivery, or service should be directed to the restaurant. For technical issues with the ordering platform, contact ChefiChoice support.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.
